MISSION

Our mission is to develop reading comprehension in children and young adults in Kosovo, and motivate them to become lifelong readers.

The organization works with schools to implement reading as a weekly activity in the classroom lead by the teacher. During the reading hour the teacher uses models such as reading strategies to help the pupils better understand and analyze the literature. Further the books read during this hour are carefully chosen on a number of crtera. The aim is to read great books together in the classroom while discussing the book to improve reading comprehensions.

Beside providing the teachers with tools to be used when reading, and books to be read, the organizations also revitalized unused spaces and transform them into reading rooms making the children the focus of the design process.
